Session Fees and Information

Individual Therapy Session

Individual Therapy Session

Individual therapy offers a supportive space for both healing in the present and meaningful change over time. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, coping with a crisis, or simply recognizing that certain patterns, relationships, or circumstances no longer serve you, therapy can help. The process is tailored to your unique needs and experiences, meeting you where you are without judgment. Together, you and I will explore your concerns, build on your strengths, and create goals that support the life you want to live.

Couple/Family Therapy Session

Couple/Family Therapy Session

Couples and family therapy can be beneficial during times of conflict, transition, growth, or simply when you want to strengthen your relationships. Whether you're hoping to improve communication, repair trust, navigate major life changes, or gain clarity about the future of your relationship, therapy provides a supportive environment for meaningful dialogue and understanding. Together, we'll identify goals and develop a path forward that reflects the unique dynamics, strengths, and challenges of your relationship.

Fees & Policies

Initial Assessment

All new clients begin with an initial assessment to better understand your needs, goals, and determine the most appropriate course of treatment.

Private-Pay Practice

Embrace Therapy & Recovery is a private-pay practice and is not in-network with insurance plans. Many clients appreciate the benefits of private-pay therapy, including:

  • Greater privacy and confidentiality
  • No diagnosis required for treatment
  • Increased flexibility in session structure and frequency
  • No permanent mental health record created through insurance billing
  • Greater discretion regarding relational, family, or substance-related concerns
HSA & FSA Accounts

Many clients use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for therapy services. Please confirm eligibility with your plan administrator.

Superbills & Insurance Reimbursement

Monthly Superbills (itemized receipts of services) are available upon request for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.

Please note that many insurance companies require:

  • A formal mental health diagnosis
  • Individual therapy services (couples therapy is often not eligible for reimbursement)

Clients are encouraged to verify coverage and reimbursement requirements directly with their insurance carrier.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-show appointments are charged the full session fee.
  • Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
